This historic club, established in 1912, is now an acclaimed golfing destination nestled in the stunning region of Cobram and Barooga. Featuring a pristine 36-hole championship golf course, it provides golf enthusiasts and leisure seekers with an exceptional experience amidst breath-taking natural surroundings.

Opportunity – Two (2) Part Time/ and or casual Proshop Customer Service Officer role/s, based at Cobram Barooga Golf Club

• Rotating roster or fixed hours available
• Rotating weekend work

About the role

Reporting to the Team Leader Golf the core responsibilities include:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting club members and the public with retail sales and enquiries in a professional manner.
• Manage the tee-sheet, ensuring efficient bookings and scheduling.
• Answer phone calls, addressing inquiries and providing information.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the Pro Shop .
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining product displays, including restocking.
• Ensure organisational policies and procedures are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Work as a team member, providing assistance to other Pro Shop staff when required.

About You

Key select criteria:

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is beneficial.
• Knowledge of golf or a willingness to learn about golf.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Valid Australian work rights.
